Uses far less energy than a conventional unit — up to three drawers can run from a single 3-pin plug.

Temperature you can trust

Precise, stable control in 0.1°C increments keeps food fresher for longer — fish held at exactly +1°C stays fresher, and any drawer can move between fridge and freezer to suit the service.

Turn up the heat

Optional heatshields let a drawer sit directly beneath cooking equipment, protected from temperatures up to 200°C — fitted as standard where needed.

Cool it down

Add the blast-chill option to run Cook/Chill safely from the same unit — ideal for pastry and prep sections.
